I lead enterprise AI products from product vision through launch by connecting business goals, agentic AI capabilities, and human-centered experience design. My work spans RAG pipelines, LLM integration, multi-agent systems, responsible AI, product strategy, and execution.
I shape AI-first products across finance, insurance, healthcare, media, and enterprise software. The value I bring is simple: I help teams decide what to build, structure how it should work, and deliver it in a way users can actually trust, understand, and adopt.
Multi-agent orchestration, planner-critic-executor flows, RAG pipeline design, and evaluation thinking grounded in product outcomes.
Enterprise information architecture, global design systems, conversational UX, and workflow clarity for complex platforms.
Bias mitigation, PII masking, safety reviews, and explainability guardrails built into product decisions from concept through rollout.
Roadmaps, OKRs, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery rhythms that turn ambition into shipped outcomes.
I help teams move from vague opportunity spaces to a defined strategy, stronger user journey, responsible AI approach, and delivery plan that engineering can execute with confidence.
That includes agentic AI platforms, RAG-powered copilots, insurance portals, Salesforce redesigns, supply chain intelligence products, and enterprise design systems.
I can move from executive storytelling and roadmap decisions into workflows, prompts, architecture, and launch readiness while keeping the user perspective strong from start to finish.
Led product thinking for a modular agentic AI platform used across enterprise programs in marketing, sales, and HR. Helped move work from pre-sales concept to production-ready direction through platform design, AI framing, and client-ready narratives.
Co-built a GenAI learning copilot for about 5,000 users, partnering closely with AI and data engineering. The work covered RAG configuration, conversational flow design, evaluation gates, and launch-ready UX.
Owned product direction across two insurance platforms, helping define backlog, delivery priorities, and user workflows from discovery through rollout for policy, claims, and finance operations.
Across these real enterprise programs, I helped translate complex business and data challenges into shipped platforms, product strategy, design systems, analytics experiences, and scalable operating models. This includes live platform work for Hilton, GEP, IBM, and Microsoft, as well as AI opportunity framing and innovation strategy for L'Oréal.
I start by grounding the business problem, user pain points, and success metrics so the team is solving the right problem.
I shape the roadmap, workflows, requirements, AI roles, and experience logic so the concept becomes actionable.
I connect stakeholders, engineering, data, design, and business context so execution stays clear and grounded.
I use product signals, adoption insights, and user feedback to improve the product after launch and strengthen what comes next.
I’m at my best in environments where the product is complex, the AI possibilities are exciting but messy, and the team needs someone who can connect strategy to execution without losing the user.
